the music-meteorologist is calling for concentrated showers of tunes
to come pouring out of this Asheville, NC band. Dancers can expect a
steady inflow of old-time and Celtic jigs and reels with scattered original tunes.
The forecast shows temperatures rising at
contra dances but with only a 20% chance of all of these musicians being able to
quit their day jobs. Appalachian Storm is aiming to develop over the
